4. Appointments, Consultations, and Programs

• Consultations described as free are provided at no charge and carry no obligation to purchase.
• Appointment times are held for you and are subject to availability. We ask that you give reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so the time can be offered to another patient.
• Program terms, inclusions, duration, and pricing are described at the time of enrollment and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• Pricing, promotions, and program contents may change at any time. The price in effect at the time you enroll or purchase is the price that applies to you.

5. Purchases, Deposits, and Refunds

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms. Deposits taken to reserve a treatment or appointment are applied to the cost of that service. Supplements, products, and services that have been opened, used, or performed are not returnable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at (804) 740-7105 and we will review it with you.

6. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and check the opt-in box on one of our forms, or give consent in person or by phone, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Weight Loss RVA at that number. These may include appointment confirmations and reminders, coaching check-ins, replies to your questions, and occasional promotional offers.

• Consent is never required in order to book an appointment or to purchase any product or service.
• Opt-in boxes are never pre-checked.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.
