Mobile Terms of Service

These Mobile Terms of Service govern the text message (SMS) program operated by Weight Loss RVA, a registered trade name (DBA) of Regenerative Medicine of Richmond, LLC. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

Weight Loss RVA sends recurring text messages to patients and prospective patients who have opted in. Messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling changes
• Consultation follow-up and replies to questions you send us
• Coaching check-ins and program support
• Occasional promotional offers on our weight loss, Invisa-RED, IV therapy, and aesthetics services

2. How You Opt In

You may opt in by checking the “Opt-in to Text Messages” box on a form at weightlossrva.com while providing your mobile number, by giving verbal consent during a visit or phone call, or by texting us first at (804) 740-7105.

Consent boxes are never pre-checked. We do not purchase, rent, or import third-party phone lists. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking an appointment or purchasing any product or service.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and your activity with us. Most patients receive a small number of messages per month.

4. Cost

Weight Loss RVA does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further texts from us unless you opt in again. You may also call us at (804) 740-7105 and ask to be removed.

6. How to Get Help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or call us at (804) 740-7105 during business hours.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

8. Supported Numbers

This program supports U.S. mobile numbers. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please let us know so we do not text the new holder of that number.

9. Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that help us deliver the messages, and they are not permitted to use it for any other purpose. 10. Protected Health Information

Text messaging is not a secure channel. Please do not send sensitive health information, payment details, or identification numbers by text. Our messages are kept general and avoid clinical detail. If you need to discuss something sensitive, call us instead.

11. Changes

We may update these Mobile Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted and the “Last Updated” date above will be revised.
