Charlottesville appointments are by secure telehealth. This office is not staffed full time, so consultations and coaching sessions happen by video rather than in person — the full program, including your drops shipped to your door. Call or text (804) 740-7105 to book. If you'd prefer to be seen in person, our Richmond (West End) clinic is about an hour east.

What we do
Weight Loss RVA is a physician-developed weight loss program built on real food — not shakes, not prepackaged meals, not calorie counting. Most clients lose about 20–40 pounds in roughly 60 days, then move into a maintenance phase designed to keep it off.
- No exercise required. The plan works without a gym membership.
- No counting calories. You get a real-food plan built around what you already like to eat.
- No boring meals. Lean proteins, fresh vegetables, food from your regular grocery store.
- 1:1 coaching. A certified health coach in your corner the whole way — by video, on your schedule.
- Injection-free by default. Our core program is all-natural. A separate physician-developed GLP-1 program is available if medical injection support is right for you.
Does telehealth work as well?
Yes — nothing about the program is watered down because it's virtual. You get the same physician-developed plan, the same 1:1 coaching, and the same support, with your drops shipped to your door. For a lot of our Charlottesville patients it's actually easier to stay consistent without a drive attached to every check-in.
Your first visit is free
The first appointment is a free consultation — a real conversation, not a sales pitch. We'll talk through what you've tried before, your health history, and what's gotten in the way. You'll leave understanding what a plan for you could look like, including cost. HSA/FSA accepted, and flexible payment plans are available. See how the program works →
