Certified Health Coach

POSITION SUMMARY

Join Weight Loss RVA as we expand from the Richmond area with the fasting growing weight loss and nutrition program in the country! As a Certified Health Coach you will have the opportunity to achieve your personal financial goals through this goal-oriented, interactive position. You will work closely with a motivated team in a success-oriented environment with an emphasis on a positive culture. In this position, you will play a crucial role within the team: holding coaching sessions with patients participating in our weight loss program, keeping the varying needs of the patients and desired results in mind. You will consult with patients to understand their journey, identify their needs and how our program meets those needs, while building trust. Reports to: Clinic Owners

Pay type: Part and Full time available

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

  • Expert at our program and how it can be implemented into our patients’ lives. (Training provided!)
  • Master communicator with patients while addressing needs and providing appropriate support.
  • Create an experience of value and validation for our patients.
  • Expand and enhance the awareness and reach of Weight Loss RVA and Chronic Care of Richmond.
  • Develops and strengthens internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and market share.
  • Fosters and works to maintain an entrepreneurial growth culture throughout the company and across all teams and work functions.
  • Identifies and recommends new services and enhancements to current services.
  • Helps to shape the company’s long-term objectives and determine plans for how to meet them.
  • Conducts webinars, events, seminars and presentations to drive sales and raise the brand and product profile.

CAPABILITIES/KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Master communicator with strong oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Coaching experience with business vision and ability to link marketing strategy and results to business and financial goals.
  • Entrepreneurially oriented, driven to succeed and a commitment to achieve results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to quickly build effective working relationships with diverse patients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Ability to make decisions, offer strong recommendations, and take responsibility for results.
  • Self-starter who can work independently within existing processes or operate effectively with ambiguity.
  • Knowledge of product and sector.
  • Present self in a professional and positive manner in attitude and appearance at all times.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 1+ years’ proven experience in certified health, life, or nutrition coaching

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Implement the program or some of the components of the program into your life in order to be able to speak knowledgeably about it.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • This position may require you to work some weekends and to attend special events outside of designated working hours.

Weight Loss Consultant (Base+Commission)

POSITION SUMMARY

Join Weight Loss RVA as we expand from the Richmond area with the fastest growing weight loss program in the country! As the Weight Loss Consultant and Department Manager you will have the opportunity to achieve your personal financial goals through this goal-oriented, base plus commission position. You will oversee the Weight Loss department, while working with a motivated team in a positive, success-oriented office. In this position, you will play a crucial role within the team: holding consultations with patients interested in our weight loss program while maintaining a specific conversion rate, supporting the marketing department as they acquire new weight loss patients. You will consult with potential patients to understand their journey, identify their needs and how our program meets those needs, while building trust. As the Weight Loss Manager you will identify and develop new business opportunities and evaluate existing partnerships and sales efforts with the goal of building on what works and changing what doesn’t.   • Develop and strengthen internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and market share.
  • Support cross-functional teams to improve lead acquisition and program closings, and to guide and nourish sustainable, long-term growth.
  • Identify and leverage emerging markets and trends to improve lead acquisition and closing.
  • Foster and work to maintain an entrepreneurial growth culture throughout the company and across all teams and work functions.
  • Identify and recommend new services and enhancements to current services.
  • Propose and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Help to shape the company’s long-term objectives and determine plans for how to meet them.
  • Provide advice on product development and distribution and promotion strategies.
  • Conduct webinars, events, seminars and presentations to drive sales and raise the brand and product profile.
